Our family stayed at the Bayhouse for fall break and it was the perfect getaway for our family of 6. The accommodations were just as described, beds were very comfortable, and the home was beautifully decorated! Our kids enjoyed kayaking right behind the home and searching for crabs and fishing. The views are amazing for almost every room of the house. If you are wanting a relaxing trip, the Bayhouse is exactly what you’re looking for! We will definitely be back!

The Blue Heron was the perfect backdrop for our girlfriends getaway. Everything was exactly as described, the furnishing were comfortable and adorable. We loved sitting on the dock waving at the boats passing by. We even had to add a dog as a last minute guest and the host and home were more than accommodating. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Now this is what a vacation should be like. We stayed at the Marigold home on Mill Creek and will definitely be coming back again . The home is thoughtfully decorated and stocked with all the necessities . So many extra touches make you feel appreciated : filtered water in the fridge, clean sponge , extra outdoor candles and lighters , and much more. Plus the home is so clean and the linens are fresh and fluffy along with the  beds being super comfortable .
Maria is responsive and knowledgeable , she helped us work out some issues with the boat lift and got us up and running so we could enjoy the water. Delighted , Rick & Lesley.

What an amazing spot. A fabulous view from every room through huge windows and an architecturally interesting home. We were here during a heat wave, but there is always a breeze from the water surrounding the house on 3 sides, the pool is set perfectly to sit on the bench in the pool with an amazing view of the water, and kayaking exploring the surrounding creeks is a joy. But the views from within the house are spectacular and we imagined it would be lovely to be hanging in that LR even when not outside weather.  An older home, but every room has been refreshed. (kitchen pleasant and very easy for groups to prepare meals but some older appliances). And so many indoor and outside places for people to have their own quiet or come together. Irvington is sweet with a few restaurants and shops and nearby Kilmarnock has a grocery, ice cream shops, and more but hanging at this house is the real attraction.

This was our second stay in one of the Harmonized Getaway properties. The Twisted Lemon was everything as pictured and more.  The beverage refrigerator was stocked with some complementary sparkling and flat waters for us. Plenty of coffee and creamer and sugars as well. It was the perfect place for a girls weekend. The view is amazing and it’s just a short drive to shops and restaurants.  We also went to one of the river beaches one day and that was especially nice.  We would come back!  Thank you again.

There is no house on earth like Topside, and no place on earth like Irvington. Comfy beds (for people and pups!), soft towels, and every means of enjoying the setting you can imagine!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had such an amazing stay here with our whole crew. It was the perfect home for our family dynamic. The ADA accessibility made it comfortable and easy to navigate for our elderly guests as well.

The water views were absolutely breathtaking, and the wildlife was incredible. There were bald eagles, a giant swan, snapping turtles, snakes, frogs, and more. It felt like our own little nature retreat and the kids were fascinated the entire time.

The home itself was spotless and exactly as described online. There were so many thoughtful touches and an abundance of supplies that made everything easy and comfortable. And the bed linens - wow. Easily the best we’ve ever had in a rental. Everyone kept saying it felt like sleeping in a luxury hotel.

During our stay we took a quick trip to Colonial Beach, had seafood along the Potomac, let the kids play in the sand, and enjoyed a relaxing walk on the boardwalk. Closer to the house, we checked out the Glebe Beach access right in the neighborhood—small, but peaceful with a beautiful view.

We truly loved everything about this property and our stay. It gave us the perfect setting to spend quality time together and make lifelong memories. We would absolutely book with this host again without hesitation!
